when you say you cannot receive email, do you mean from your service
provider or for your domain
if it is from your service provider you should have .fetchmailrc file in
your home directory which configuration is as follows
poll mail.vsnl.net.in
with proto POP3
interval 6
user "xxxxxx" there with password "xxxxxxxxxxxxx" ...
interval 6 is 6 * 300 seconds for this account.
and if is for your domain then you should have a public ip and your domain
registered also the local-host-names and
/etc/mail/virtusertable have to reflect your domain for eg ashley.com
check your settings in /etc/mail/sendmail.m4 or check out
www.sendmail.org for
