Bit peeling is sort an adjustment in the streaming rate depending on the
network bandwidth and/or congestion . You dont need to resample or
reencode the audiofile . U just have remove the rich audio sections . So
it adjusts to the network bandwidth . Thats all i have been able to
figure out
