Hello,
It is neccessary for you to install a Swap partion. Without Swapo partition ur
linux installation will give u problem.
Try to install the linux by makin a root partition of req. space.
As you have 512 mb ddr Ram make a swap partition of 1000 mb .
No need of makin other partitions if not neccessary.
