ext_remove_handler takes two parameters - the tag returned by
add_handler and the client_id.
Also note that I've decided to stop releasing rpms. It made no sense
since anyone using this library would have to build it as part of his
own project anyway.
Yes, it would be cool if it were distributed as a separate library, but
I don't see that happening.
