Normally adsl-setup would do the job for you, but I think you have to get in touch in pacenet and tell them to create a linux username for, which will be of the form <username>@linuxuser. Also get the details of the Access Concentrator and the Service Name. These might be needed if you cannot connect. The connection is started using adsl-start and stopped using adsl-stop. Get in touch wih me if you need any mode help.
