It isn't about what's okay and what's not okay, it's about what's legal
and what's not.  As far as the GPL goes for Free Software, it is
perfectly legal to charge any arbitrary amount for Free Software,
regardless of what charge you have procured it for.  The only legal
requirement is that you provide the source code for no EXTRA charge.
