hello people,
i've recently done fresh install of FC2 on my m/c.
i've kept the named service running, as i want to use local DNS on my m/c,
but when i try to stop/start/restart named, it gives me the following
error:

rndc: connection failed
*************************************************************
i checked the man page for rndc, and also /etc/rndc.conf and /etc/rndc.key,
but that did not help.
i tried running "rndc" and "rndc-confgen", but it gave the same error msg
as above. i guess i've forgotten to install some package or something, but
am not able to pinpoint it down :-(
