T is the point where the person is standing
Force 1 is centrifugal what is keeping the guy's feet on the ground
Force 2 is due to motion of the wheel (anti-clockwise)... so won't it act on the guy 
in that direction ?

Thats something interesting. Can you give more details? In my idea, if the 
wheel is viewed horizontally, then the human will also be horizontal, with 
the feet touching the circumference wall.

Won't the person also experience a force in the direction of rotation... at 
a tangent at the point where he is standing on the circumference ???
in simpler words fall forward or backward... It's been a long time since 
I've been into physics but still...
