Actually there are lot of software to recover data from ext3 filesystem .
Few are like "rlinux" , "Recover4All" and "Easy recovery" .
Though they work on Windows they have good chance to recover your data on
linux partition .
PS : I am not a expert but I use "Easy recovery" that works for my friend .
This is really easy to use software .
