You mean too less... Perhaps. MTNL and VSNL have always been slow learners. Global rates per GB of transfer are roughly 0.5 USD. Add to that the load of profits, maintaining a network for he last mile etc. The price shouldn't go above 2 USD. Roughly INR 100 per GB. MTNL has another captcha... It doesn't give upload speeds over 128kbps. Try Exatt, they have pretty good plans for unlimited use *no caps*.
