maybe it's added as a signature by their exchange server and they have no 
control
over it. like Yahoo adding those Ad lines.

What he/she can do is start using a webmail account as suggested by someone 
else.
maybe they do not have access to the web or restricted access from their 
offices?

hey maybe they should come out with cool Linux branded credit cards to redeem
themselves. and given that its all about free and open source, they shoudlnt
charge us for it.
