I prefer doers...

Yep, but a thought *must* proceed an action. If the thought is positive then the action will always be positive.

No they bombed a lot of places over the years I'm afraid..Watch Fahrenheit911. I don't think US is a good benchmark.

Ok, but I don't believe that just "bombing" places will get you rich. They must have something that we don't ;) After all they are a developed country and we are an "under developed"...ahem...3rd world country . And if you think they did become rich by just "bombing" countries then why do you work for an American company? (That is *pure* assumption on my part, excuse me if I am wrong).

Japan is a good yardstick.I don't know if you have read "Made In Japan".. do read if you haven't. The >most important thing that got them here today is the 'Culture'... a concept of a organisation which is a >family to the employees. The company expects the employee to be with them life-long and the >employee feels that the employer would take care for the same period. If you had taxes as in Japan, >you would be switching FMs faster than FM channels but Japanese don't complain. Unfortunately we >have adopted the American way of running towards the most money.. I could go on and on.. better hear >it from Mr. Sony Akio Morita himself
You can only go so far with bright indiv..

No, I havent read "Made in Japan". Thanks for the suggestion.

>May be you guys feel this is crap....but oh well....
No we need eternal optimists to keep the ecological balance else there'll be more chainsaw 'accidents':).

I hope you won't be chain sawing me :)

Regards,
Dinesh.
