You can then connect using the command "sifyconnect -l".

If you need a GUI client similar to windows, then you can download their
client for MAC OS. This is written in Java, so you would also need to
download the java runtime environment (jre1.5.0_02).

No need to call their crappy support. It's very simple to change the MAC address on the adapter. He just needs to know the MAC of the interface his ISP has bound him on. Then a simple ifconfig command would rescue him ;)
