Very true, but instead of paying monthly bills of 600 to 700 rupees
(Rs.8400/- per year) even during the lean usage period, paying only Rs.
150 per month and then pushing up the bill only for that particular
heavy download appears to be a better option. It will all depend on how
much data is downloaded every month.
