Position: Technical Support Engineer
No of position: 5
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Project Leader/ Manager
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma Engineer.
Experience:
1- 3 year of experience.
Experience in Linux is a must.
Responsibilities:
Interacting with the client and gathering details
about the technical issues.
Understanding technical issues at client site and
resolving it completely within the given time frame.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
Experience in Linux System Administration, Networking,
Kernel, TCP/IP, Mail server, Firewall etc.
Troubleshooting complex support issues.
Documentation of queries and technical issues.
Proactive and self-motivated
A problem solving attitude.
Ability to work individually and in a team.
