Hi Philip,

Is the liability of keeping the messages in mailboxes and archives due to
the legalities in the disclaimer or because of the addition of unnecessary
bytes?

Also, the problem is that the disclaimer is automatically added by the pop
mail server.

On top of that, our company blocks all popular email providers like yahoo,
msn, fastmail etc..
Because of this, the only way that I can communicate with this group when
Iam at office is via the official email id.

Is there any other way that I can send messages to this group?
