I ordered mine when 5.04 was in production and 5.10 was under the works. I then realized that they may send me 5.04 and hence ordered one more set when 5.10 was out. I got both the orders last week with 5.10 CDs in them. So, there is no fixed timeframe. But from what I have experienced, they probably are shipping them right now.
