there seems to be a deadwall on the office side. the email you send to get the domain transfer happens smoothly, after that there is a procedure to transfer the domains from ncst to a private party. ncst will do the trasfer only after the person who holds the domain sends a fax with some kind of a key (which they never send me despite reminders). I had several conversations with them. May be I am missing some thread. If any of you know clearly what to do, I could still get the transfer done before Dec 31st, last date for transfers. meanwhile we thought it is safe to have another domain to continue the work.
