Thats what happens manufacturers try to push products before competition in the market without sufficient testing. In the long run it is only counter-inuitive. Even I had serious case of icompatibility with a serial mouse and RAM. I didn't believe it at first. But if I removed the mouse and started the PC... things looked OK.
