laptops IBM ,HP , ACER , COMPAQ, TOSHIBA & SONY and i saw all branded laptops
. i Found out a few things
Most entry level laptops today come with linux pre-installed , atleast in
acer and compaq .
. It would be interesting to note that IBM even in its non- windows model
doesnot endorse linux , instead it ships them with free dos .
Toshiba and Sony still dont sell any laptops in India without Windows . Acer
which ships almost all its laptops with Linux mentions on its own site
