this is bad. The first post of a new member should be moderated to 
check if he is not a spammer. Old members who breach etiquette 
should be flamed - not moderated. I personally pledge to make life 
so miserable for these guys that they desist. Admins - please dont 
jail ppl for breach of etiquette - it is irritating, but not a 
crime. I prefer a topposting, crossposting linux guy to a windoze 
guy.
