Hi Biju,

You require QT development headers to build the app, not just the
libraries. Make sure that you have the development packages installed.
You can check if you already have them by checking for header files in
/usr/include/qt3. If they're in a different location (you may search
for qapplication.h) then you will need to specify the location with 
--with-qt-includes=<path>.
