I dont know the complete name of the motherboard but most ASUS based motherboards would be better. But before buying, just find out the chipset and the distros supported from here http://www.linuxquestions.org/hcl/showcat.php/cat/37 There have been some issues with the drivers for NVidia according to the above mentioned website, but most have been solved.
