============================================ Dear Friends As some of you know, we have been trying to take forward the dispersion of Free Software particularly, and the use of ICTs generally, in the educational and NGO sectors. At Comet (www.cometmedia.org) we plan to develop a network of 'champions' or leaders called GNU Action Pilots (GAP) to fill the gap. They are expected to act independently as coaches and change agents in their institutions and communities, in whatever sector they work. We need a person who is ready to mentor this group of young people of mixed backgrounds. This programme will offer freedom, growth and opportunity to contribute and make a difference in society. Involvement in this programme is expected to continue alongside other professional and academic commitments.
