How can that be done because he was doing some cleverly disguised cross posting to multiple lists and on some of those lists on which he was cross posting discussing creative commons was on topic :-). In his own golden words " I can't help it, you have to suffer it :-) ". And if you don't suffer he will go ahead and create another list. Any takers for the new list ? Cross posting is a pathological addiction and it take some time for de-addiction (especially when you are in bad cross posting company for over a period of time).
