What time frame are we talking about here from education to RFP any idea ?

This is not a matter to smile i suppose , my understanding is Govt is
interested in going after a FOSS solution and you are making that "CHANGE"
happen . So where does the campaign , community and support come into
picture . it is still too vague can  you share the Plan i suppose its still
cooking , i was referring to the support part of Solutions where in folks
from community may or may get involved and get paid or volunteer , other
wise i think its just a Business deal happening and Community has no stake
in it so why worry about .
