I have no idea about squid, but if the title appears then is this title
not a part of the web page's html content? Maybe you have blocked some
script in squid that prevents the page from opening. I checked out the
website and its source is given below. What page source do you get?

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<html>
<head>
        <title>Bharti Telesoft Ltd.</title>
<!-- frames -->
<frameset rows="110,*" cols="*" framespacing="0" border="0"
bordercolor="#999999">
  <frame src="../common/top_options.php" name="topFrame" scrolling="NO"
noresize bordercolor="#FF6600" >
  <frame name="options" src="login.php?Error_message=" marginwidth="10"
marginheight="10" scrolling="auto" frameborder="0" noresize>
</frameset>
<noframes>
</noframes>
</head>
</html>
