We can. Good idea. Setup a streaming video cum conference system. We 
could also experiment with doc sharing. FOSS setup for e-learning.

The bandwidth requirements for a D1 res is 8Mbps per feed. That is the 
main cost. Also the ad does not tell you that you need a properly 
setup room, not azad maidan to do any video conference.
