WITH a copy of the GPL. That is what CISCO is getting shafted for by 
Harald Welte. Harald has understood better than most marketeers the 
concept of guerilla marketing. Companies love to run roughshod. 
Forcing them to provide a printed copy of the GPL with the product 
provides excellent advertising for the GPL and lets people know that 
the quality they get is not because of the Company selling the 
product, but due to FOSS programmers.
