Hello, No, this has nothing to do with the FOSS petition. Also, the last date for filing is complete for phase 1. This data is already available, but behind a form (http://eci.nic.in/candidateinfo/frmcandidate.aspx).
I was looking for either a direct db download (xml, mdb, csv, txt, anything) or some other place where it is available (website also).
