Intel D945GCLF Atom 1.2Ghz, 2 sata, 1 IDE, 6 usb, 1 slot DDR2.
100Mbps, 1 PCI.

You will have to add a 1Gbps adapter. afaik the small formfactor boards all 
have only 100Mbps.
