Dear Pravin, WE, the GNUKhata team have made the accounting/ inventory system to work on Ubuntu and would also work on debian. For production use in office etc, Ubuntu, presisely 8.04.2 is a very rock solid, feature rich and easy to maintain OS. I personally know small and large organisations using ubuntu and myself involved on large scale deployment.
