feedback no 2:

1. you have 3 tables - organisation, vendor and customer. A lot of the address 
information is the same. This may be abstracted out into a separate table.

2. if city is made a foreign key to a city table, state and country 
information is redundant

is not possible to list all possible product types, and should not be hard 
coded anyway as you are just wasting database space. Since most of the fields 
here are text or integer, you should have a flexible template type table where 
these values can be named and entered. Most users will only require a few of 
these anyway.
