feedback no 2: 1. you have 3 tables - organisation, vendor and customer. A lot of the address information is the same. It is not possible to list all possible product types, and should not be hard coded anyway as you are just wasting database space. Since most of the fields here are text or integer, you should have a flexible template type table where these values can be named and entered.
