I had reported problem of grub rescue on two machines earlier. Gladly that has been solved completely in one of my two machines. However on the second one, somehow my USB CDROM is not recognised. So I tried to create a USB stick. I could do so very well. However when I use this on the PC, the cursor gets stuck on prompts as this
