Dear Sanalkumar, The one that i find most suited for school level exams is a program called tcexam(www.tcexam.com). It's Apache/php/mysql based, and is pretty heavy on the features side, and best of all, it's AGPL-3 licenced. If you need any additional assistance, My company XLNC Edu Tek is currently providing consulting on TCExam, and we have just finished deploying it at a couple of large universities in Andhra Pradesh(50,000+ students).
