Govt of Maharashtra has placed the draft eGovernance Policy on their website ( http://maharashtra.gov.in/ ) for citizens' comments.
I think one should take this opportunity to log the expectations from such policy as citizens. Besides general comments, as FOSS users, we should also insist on inter-operability of the Govt platforms (if not use of FOSS for building such platforms). We should make a joint representation to the govt. on behalf of bombay-lug?? That will be a better way of impacting the decision making process.
