Suraj, You can tune your kernel to release the connection faster. Default is 60 seconds you can change it by following ways. sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_fin_timeout = 30 or echo 30 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_fin_timeout Check if this resolves your problem if yes.
