CSVParser is required to build the project, which was not included in
the project.
Now archive has been updated to include CSVParser in the project.
Also a separate project for CSVParser has been created.
It can also be downloaded separately from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jcsvparser/

CsvToFootprint converts CSV file to Kicad footprints.
It is similar to CsvToKicadSch.
Please download it from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/csvtofootprint/
Distribution also includes lot of example footprints and a demo PCB
created using this utility.
