If America can shut down a .co.in website hosted in India serving Indians, then it is not simply Internet Dictatorship, but a bigger geopolitical issue which has nothing to do with the Internet as such. America controls the web for all those who choose to register domains under America-controlled TLDs and are hosted on American DNS servers and hosting services, serving American customers.
