Hello,

I have  been using a pass for routes  from Santacruz station to Kurla
station.

This included  route no  311.

However now the bridge near Air India colony, Kalina has been closed due
to  repairs.

Therefore the route  311 had been  cut short at  Air India colony.

Now  the  conductor  is not accepting the  pass, saying that there is no
bus anymore in that route and I need to buy a ticket.

Why must the passenger be penalised if the  BEST has cut short a route due
to some repair work?

I request  you to please clarify the correct position in this case.
