Download the latest daily image from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com and that will give you the latest updates. Complex method: If installing from the Live CD, then select try Ubuntu. Then install it from the Live session. Finally, still in the live session, using a USB, copy the latest updates (.deb packages along with all dependencies), chroot to the installed system and install the updates!
