Finger Prints / Other Birth Marks / Digital Photo
Blood Group / DNA / Retina Pattern

Transition to CIS

Finite Transition Period of 5 Years
Update Other Identifications with CIS Number
Update all other Info Systems with CIS
Purge Duplicates in other Identifications
Removal of Duplicates in CIS
Plug all Loopholes in CIS
Eliminate other redundant Identifications
