downloaded Bionicpup & slacko and currently downloading Slax . However, there 
might be problems with these two, according to their web sites:A PII will 
struggle with a modern Puppy. Some later PIII and Athlon machines should

browser and the RAM on the Thinkpad is maxed (256 MB). Adding another 256MB is 
impossible and will  cost (probably) more than new notebook :-) I wish the guy
