I understand ur problem of not being able to create a repository directory and able to login as svnuser?
Sir plz, Woud u give some more details of the version numbers of ur system and SVS? and What step u followed ? So that we can get the clear idea then solve this problem.
I am configured and using SVS system for my projects.
