Bei dem BUG ist ein Fehler in einer Datei, bei dir fehlt eine ganze Datei.
Ist sie den da, die Datei:
/var/lib/apt/lists/de.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise-backports_universe_i18n_Translation-en
oder nicht?

Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher wie die Lösung jetzt aussehen soll.
du kannst versuchen, was sie vorschlagen:
