In your case, it looks like you have previously opted-out of email notifications from patchwork (for this sender address, at least). Your user profile page ( https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/user/ ) will list the addresses associated with your account, and whether those are enabled for notifications. Cheers, Jeremy
