[PATCH kernel 1/5] powerpc/pci: Remove unused parameter from add_one_dev_pci_data()

[Alexey Kardashevskiy]

pdev is always NULL, remove it.

To make checkpatch.pl happy, this also removes the "out of memory"
message.
