Yes, "depend on !ASYNC_TX_CHANNEL_SWITCH" is better since fsldma selects this condition.

You want something like "depends on FSL_SOC && !(FSL_DMA || FSL_DMA=m)" However, the more problematic option is ASYNC_TX_CHANNEL_SWITCH.
