I'm in the midst of getting 2.5 working for 8xx. I'll check in
all of these patches when I can get them into both trees. It's
going well, should have it done shortly.
Once 8xx is running in 2.5, I'm going to ask for all 8xx/82xx patches
to be tested and will be applied to both 2.4 and 2.5 trees.
