I saw that in denx kernel is not present the configuration CONFIG_FEC2, and so I cannot use both the FECs on an "Adder" board. Is it true? I saw that Arabella has such a configuration. If possible I will try to take the code from Arabella (pqfec.c) and put in denx kernel. Let cross the fingers!
